Stranger Things: The First Shadow is written by Kate Trefry (“Stranger Things”), based on an original story by “Stranger Things” creators the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child), and Trefry. Serving as a standalone prequel to the hit Netflix series, the Olivier Award-winning play is directed by Stephen Daldry and co-directed by Justin Martin.
