本剧根据Tony Hillerman的“Leaphorn & Chee”系列小说改编，拥有一个全美国原住民阵容的编剧室。Graham Roland（《杰克·莱恩》）打造，Vince Calandra（《利器》）担任剧集运作人，Chris Eyre（《烟火讯号》）为试播集导演，三位将联同George R.R. Martin、Robert Redford、主演Zahn McClarnon一起执行制片。 故事发生在1971年莫纽门特谷地附近纳瓦霍族保留地的一个偏远前哨站，部落执法官里的Joe Leaphorn警督（Zahn McClarnon 饰）被一系列看似无关的案件搞得应接不暇。他越是接近真相，越是揭露出自己过往的创伤。Leaphorn和新来的警官Jim Chee（Kiowa Gordon 饰）一起调查着这些案件，而Chee也有些年轻时在保留地的一些宿怨需要解决。两人一起在通往救赎的道路上，与邪恶势力、彼此和他们自己的心魔战斗。##### MediaInfo ######
